We got a really bad storm in the background with thunder and lightening, while Molly is smoking a cigarette. When she exhales the smoke, it goes towards the camera like a cloud passing through. She spits several times in between, a fan of hers told her they wanted to see her flick a cigarette, so when she's done smoking it she flicks it. (6m02s)
