This is when I told him my plan for using the tawse, he started to whimper after the first few smacks with the tawse, I kept switching between the tawse and flogger, while counting down with the swats with the tawse,

I stopped to rub lotion all over his bottom before I game him the last ten swats with the tawse, after the last of the 21 swats with the tawse. I climbed on his back and finished the spanking with a fast pace whipping with the flogger.
