Meanwhile...
You stand, hiding inside the cardboard house on Anna Lemon's table - you look out the window as she removes her shoes, socks, and clothes. Instinctively, you stay hidden – who knows what she'll do if she thinks you were trying to spy on her undressing?!
She stretches, sticking her foot on the table – you instinctively flinch as the entire house lists like a ship that's run aground - all from the simple touch of her toes. Anna notices the unassembled house, and decides to make it.
You're tossed around the house as she inspects it from all sides, trying to figure out how to make the new one.
She readjusts your house multiple times, trying to match with the one she's building – sometimes moving it to the floor or holding it between her unclimbably long legs.
“ And now, everyone can call me housemaker.” She says to herself, admiring her craftsmanship – lifting your house so she can compare the two nearly identical structures side by side.
She realizes that she forgot the tape that secures the roof – and it's stuck inside the house. She begins tossing it up into the air over and over until the roof opens, in a moment of boredom. Entertained, she grabs your house, and begins tossing it through the air – you tumble multiple times with every toss with a simple “woo!” every time she catches it.
“ Huh? What's wrong? It feels like this one is heavier...” She says, peering into your house with curiosity.
“ What is that?” she says, puzzled while she stares through the window, “ Some insect?”
She pulls open the roof, closely inspecting the mysterious creature within – closely inspecting YOU. A look of shock crosses her giant peering eyes as she reaches the inevitable conclusion – there's a tiny man inside her house! “ Who are you?! ” She says, grabbing you between her fingers and placing you in her open palm. “ Who are you? ” she repeats the question – and you explain the situation: You and your friend are shrunken in her flat.
She looks around, in search of your friend.
“ Look! Oh no! ... I think he lost... he lost his arm! And leg!” She says, distraught at the mangled body on her floor. She inspects him with a magnifying glass “ Is he alive? ... Let me save you. ”
She grabs your friend, placing you and him on the table while she makes him a tourniquet out of sewing thread. She tries multiple times to shut the wound on his arm, but it's very difficult working with such small knots.
“ We have to go to the hospital.” She says, pulling up her white panties and shorts – apologizing for crushing your friend.
“Let's go to the hospitallll!”, Anna says – sticking your friend and one pocket and you in the other. From outside your warm cotton enclosure, you hear Anna's massive sneakers running on the floor outside. Maybe things will be okay... maybe.
