She nearly crushes you beneath the well worn shoes as she texts – checking out the window...

Hanna enters, wondering where you are – she saw your car in the parking lot. You contemplate how to best get her attention, standing shrunken on the floor. She's wearing a white outfit with a skirt whose hem sits above the knees, and an old pair of grey Fila sneakers – the same pair she always wears. She nearly crushes you beneath the well worn shoes as she texts – checking out the window to make sure she really saw your car in the parking lot.
You find yourself looking directly up the towering legs of the statuesque woman – having again nearly been unknowingly crushed beneath her sneaker – her black thong peaking from beneath the waves of her short white skirt.
She sits down, removing her shoes and then her white socks – her bare feet slam down with a thud beside you as each is removed. She stands, doing simple stretches – flexing her toes against the floor.
She sits on the couch to make some phone calls - you get closer to the couch, hoping she will notice you before it's too late. She gets up before you can reach her and leaves the room, her footsteps each hitting the floor with an audible thump – indicating a mightyness that could end you without even the glance of her eyes.
The party is soon, and if you're not going to be here that's your fault – she decides to get ready without you. Her white outfit is casually discarded and exchanged with a short black dress with strappy high heeled sandals. Before standing, she slides her heels forward across the carpet in front of you – with a power that could have transformed you into a tiny and mysterious stain no ordinary vacuum could ever hope to remove.
You call her phone – you're not sure why you didn't think of it before. Perhaps you assumed your cellphone wouldn't work – but it does, and Hanna picks up! She's frustrated that you're not here – and clearly doesn't believe you when you tell her your absurd situation.
You finally convince her to look near her feet – her left one has nearly smushed you. Fortunately, she doesn't immediately decide you're an insect and crush you as she reluctantly looks where you're directing her. She's astonished by your minuscule size.
Hanna picks you up in complete disbelief, and is visually sad that you've shrunken. You stand in her open palm while she talks to you – you're even smaller than her pinky fingernail, now.
What should she do with you? What can she do with you? It's all so overwhelming, and she'd really like to go to the party – and it's not like there's anything she can do to return you to normal. She decides to put you in a large vase with a fake plant, and offers you various foods to hold you off while she's gone. She sets the vase into an empty cabinet with a flashlight so you can still see – you should be safe there until she gets back.
Hanna kisses her fingers and touches them to you to show her undying love, even for a boy that's now smaller than a grape. She stands, gently kicking shut the cabinet door.
