My trainer told me I have to gain 6kg muscle in the next 3month and it means almost 10kg mass all together. I eat a lot of calories 6 times per day and alo I drink real hardcore weight gain shakes.
Now I just done my leg workout and I make a brutal high-calorie shake: 250g Cottage,150g Oat Flakes,2 spoon Peanut Butter,50g Protein,1 Whole Egg,2 spoon Fructose,2 spoon Glucose.
