In this clip I reproduced a real episode from the life I was witnessed of this. A young woman was sitting in a street cafe, flipping through a magazine, beside her in the wind a big bunch of festive balloons swayed. The woman smoked a cigarette, ignoring the balloons, each time exhaling smoke, she wave one's hand to the side, almost touching the balloons. It seemed that the balloon would then pop from the cigarette, but nothing happened and the woman continued to smoke.
