I just got my new tit job to make my tits nice and big and round. I'm obsessed with them, but I kind of want them even BIGGER. Luckily I found this gum online that is supposed to help with my recovery. One strip of gum should be enough to make sure my tits are nice and round and plump. But looking on the gum's website, it warns that a side effect may include swelling.
