"Do a five minute video where you're topless, viewed from the back, and do stretches (overhead stretch triceps stretch, etc). Tie your hair back, so it's not in the way. Please keep the camera not too far away, make sure it's always focused on your upper back like in the pictures (samples given), and see if you can get the lighting just like that as well. You can have the camera get closer and zoom in to your upper back real close every now and then. Spend more of the time doing the stretches shown, particularly the overhead and triceps ones."
