A new ritual I first did over the summer, and have now been doing for the past couple of months, is doing a practice of 108 Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) on each new moon. Each time is a beautiful journey, in which I learn a lot about Myself and life. I filmed this one in March, and am releasing it now, so if you wish, you can join Me for the April new moon (April 20). This time, I started with Hatha style Surya Namaskar, and then moved to Ashtanga style. Sometimes, I do the whole thing Astanga style. Once I start the Ashtanga style, I do 8 Surya Namaskar A and one Surya Namaskar B until I reach 108. Afterwards, I finish with part of the Ashtanga closing sequence. If you know what I'm talking about, that's great. If not, you can see in the video. 108 is a sacred number in Yoga / Hindu tradition for many reasons, which you can research more if you so desire.
