This weekend, during My most tired day, My massage friend came over and used his hands to help relax and heal My sore muscles. Regular massages are an important part of the workout regimen that I have been neglecting recently. I've also had much less human contact than ever before in My adult life this past year, and it felt SO GOOD just to be touched in such a caring, sensual, wonderful way.
