Rather that focusing on the pain, one must think instead of how it pleases Me to have a human with whom I can do whatever I want. I move from bare-foot up to the balls of My feet more and more as the training session progresses, pushing My slave to take more of that concentrated pressure caused by the smaller area of the balls of My feet.
