He lightly goes in & out, and she releases a bit but only enough so he doesn't for she wants to toy with his breathing. You can see the bicep muscle twitch around his neck, he's in pain and shortness of breath He starts to lose it....slumps a bit, Kasie pulls him back up, a few slaps to the face! “Kiss that Bicep” more slaps “Lick it” She's finally had enough and puts him out!!
