They seemed to match up perfectly in terms of size, strength and skill and as a result both Amirah and Nikki were able to enjoy success by making their foe tap out on various occasions during the contest.

And every time they did, the smiles on their faces got wider - who doesn’t love seeing a female wrestler being proud of her painful handiwork?!

The action was fast paced and back and forth and made for a pulsating and very exciting encounter in which it was virtually impossible to predict which way it would end up going.

Amirah and Nikki got each other in head locks, school girl pins, arm bars, breast smothers, body scissors, grapevine pins and combination holds which had the desired effect.

They barely let up from start to finish with usually only submissions giving them any respite from the intense battle they were engaged in.

Even as we approached the end of the match with both of them starting to tire and bodies glistening with sweat, they kept on fighting.

In fact, it took the Referee calling time to finally end the contest and stop both Nikki and Amirah wrestling each other! But they look rightly proud of the brilliant contest they had both created!
