My state has so many wildfires right now & has had some of the worst air quality in the entire world the past week. I discuss the effects the smoke has had on me & on my asthma. I have normal fall allergies as well! You can hear me get a bit breathless as I talk and watch me have to pause to cough, blow my nose, spit up loogies too! I show you how I use my inhaler, while discussing how much the use of it has gone up. I also do my nose spray administration. This smoke is no good for me!
