: I've been having to work out in my bedroom! Here's a small section of my "leg day" routine- squats, lunges (I really struggle with these!), glut bridges, single leg bridges and leg curls. I do many sets of these and more on leg day! I have extremely wobbly knees-- I actually injured one a few weeks after this video & have been in physical therapy ever since. I also take a smoking break in the middle of this one :)
