I started doing pilates in September & I'm blown away by one particular move I can do- it involves putting legs over head using core strength. It's wild! I'm so big (& used to be bigger) so it's super fun to do this move! Includes footage of this particular move from October 2019, and then footage from December 2019. In the later footage I also do other pilates moves like hip lifts/bridges, a plank or two, some stretching and twist crunches to get me prepped to do the legs over head move.
