It's arm day today and I'm adding static holds in for the first time! I've never done these before and I'm surprised at how much harder it makes my work out! I'm wearing tight active wear leggings and a top that I've tied into a crop. I do chest presses & chest flies with these holds, several sets- watch as I struggle and pant! Throw in some tricep pullovers. I then do some lat pull downs using a resistance band, and you get to see my full height with my body stretched out from front and back!
