I get a dental cleaning soon and I really need it! I talk about my dental care in COVID times and begin my flossing. I move from flossing to using a sonicare toothbrush, with a lot of toothpaste. I do my best to show my teeth while I floss with the strong sonicare, getting the paste nice and foamy. After a nice deep brushing, I use a dental spreader to pull back each cheek one by one to give a mouth tour. I detail my fillings, orthodontics and other dental work while pointing it all out to you!
