I just ate a big breakfast sandwich, I need to floss and brush! I floss and tell you how my dental hygiene has been lacking during lockdown (this was taken summer of 2020). After a through, deep flossing I use my sonicare toothbrush to shine my pretty teeth up. I brush as open mouth as possible, lots of foam and lots of views of my teeth! I rinse with mouthwash to completely round it out- gargling as open mouth as possible :)
