I go over my past experience with waist training while I tighten my corset as tight as I currently can- my waist isn't as small as it used to be but it does quickly pull in with each tug of the lace! My body remembers how to smush back down despite the time I've taken off from a lifestyle waist training to recreational wear and it's still incredible the amount of inches I can pull in!
