It's been awhile since I've indulged in some bubble gum! To try to watch my sugar levels, I attempt to spit out a lot of the sugar during the initial chew! This clip is of me doing just that- chewing with an open mouth then trying to squeeze all the sugar possible out of the super bubble. It's pretty hard gum so it does hurt my jaw a bit as I chew and spit the sugary pink stuff into a clear glass cup for your viewing pleasure!
