I just woke up and my lungs are just full of gunk! I cough and cough, talking about what might have lead to this particular round of sick! I cough and spit great big globs of phlegm into a glass cup so you can see it all! I blow my nose a few times too. I look totally miserable as I cough, gag and spit up!
