I woke up feeling rather congested, I tell you about it in between hard coughs that produce wet, thick, white mucas and tons of spit. I also blow my nose a few times and show the results of that. I cough so hard that I begin to gag- and as you know my gag reflex is the best so I end up "spitting up" quite a bit. (mp4 format, mov also available below.)
