I've had a chest and sinus cold for over a week! I start the clip off coughing, then I show you my navage which is essentially an electric netipot. It uses nasal irrigation to clean my sinuses! I use it in front of you and show you the dirty water after, full of my deepest snot. When I stop using it, my nose drips thick mucus and I blow my nose several times while showing you the color and density. I brush my teeth after and cut to me coughing my lungs out after!!
