I alternate between inhales and coughing, then I begin to spit big thick loogies into a glass so you can see what my lungs are pushing out! My coughs are strong, but you can tell they also cause a bit of shortness of breath for me because of my asthma. By the end, the blunt has me so congested & even gives me a bit of a headache. I pound on my chest to try to get some of it out. My sinuses and lungs just can't smoke the same anymore! I discuss how my body has changed since the wildfire smoke & how much more often I'm using my inhaler as well.
