Her feet tease the pedals by not pressing them and just rubbing them with the toe end of the shoe. There is some gentle pedaling and some agressive fast pedaling. Her feet dance on the pedals like feet in pointed down and pressing the pedals in a random way almost like a dance. For the duration there is random pumping of the pedals. Each foot is pressing the individual pedals not all 3 pressed at once with one foot.
