By request: this is the exact script for this clip and this is exactly what my model "Miss Cunt" is doing here; Just cross your leg, dangle until your toes pop out one by one and let it hang on your big toe without using your hands. Uncross your leg while the shoe is still dangling on your big toe and put the stiletto/pump back on when you reach the floor.
