Bianca is a patient who awaits the medical consultation in the waiting room. As it takes so long for her to be assisted and the secretary Layana is always on the phone Bianca gets irritated and she complains a lot. The despise of Layana is the fuse for Bianca to begin to beat on the secretary's soft belly.
