I had a big callus on the heel of my foot. When it exploded it left a big flap of skin that was detaching from my foot. There is dirt inbetween my foot and the detached skin. I clean the dirt out and CUT the skin with scissors, leaving dirt and pieces of skin on my bathroom floor
