Smiley wears her heel boots into the water. Today she is in her favorite party outfit. She loves those boots but she loves them even more when they are filled up to the brim with water. Smiley steps into a hottub and explains what it feels like to have water rush in her boots. She talks about how the tiny air bubbles tickles when they swim inbetween her toes and up her pant legs. Smiley walks in and out of the water to show off her dripping wet jeans and boots. Water pours out of the zipper while she walks. She grabs her boots and squeezes water out.
