The extremely ticklish Scarlet returns for another tickle treatment and since I've worked on her before and know all her spots I decide to turn the volume up quite a bit. I love her laugh as I take her to a state of hysteria. Her whole body is one big ticklish spot and I keep her in a state of hysteria for over 30 minutes in this clip.
