Andrew has been presented to George and Howard for punishment for his bad training of waiters, and for his bad attitude with the owners and customers. Now he will be retrained himself. The first order of business is to strip him down because he's not even dressed appropriately for work. George strips him naked, then makes him stand humbly before them while they evaluate his situation. Then they put him thru his paces to determine his shortcomings, totally embarrassing the young man in the process.
