You stand and to find some shoes to put on (Please wear the same low heeled mary janes from the previous clip). Then you hobble through the door when your heels are out of the shoes.2nd scene - You are in the doctors office, you sit down, place your left foot on your right knee and only remove your shoe so it exposes your bare heel and arch. You start by saying "Please doctor, you must help me. My heels are me, I can hardly walk" you then explain to the doctor how badly you have hurt your heels and that you have been trying to rest, but whenever you tried to get up, you feel a shooting pain (You should trace your heel pad and your arch with your finger as you explain to the doctor where it hurts) - Also, please place the camera so it captures the inside of your foot and some of the back of it. The doctor asks you to take off your shoes and walk so she can analyze the way you walk (remember to still have your socks only on your toes). Please shoot this with the camera close to the floor, you should walk away from the camera, then walk back to it (this should be as close to your heels as you can). Then the Doctor asks you to walk on your tip toes - Again walk away from the camera and then back to it a couple of times. Lastly the doctor asks you to walk only on the heels of your feet. You do your best and walk back and forth (three times) on your heels but they hurt so bad that you constantly complain.When done, you sit down once more to massage your poor heels and arches. The doctor asks you to point with your finger on the part of your heel that hurts the most. So you place your finger on the base of the back "rim" of your heel and say "here" then you move and place your finger on the bottom of your heel and moan "here as well". Lastly you trace your finger where your heel meets the arch and you gasp "this spot is absolutely me, what have I done to my heel and arch?".Final scene - You walk back home, through the front door (you are wearing your shoes, but your heels are popped out of them) And you all the way to a chair and sit down to remove your shoes and massage your aching heels and arches."
