Driving in my boyfriends Silverado Part 2

Stroking the pedals, Teasing and flooring till my boyfriend couldn't take it anymore and pulled his "friend" from his pants! This just makes me want to tease him some more as you will hear in our conversation, that I start driving with my left foot and put my right in his lap.
