Michael gets out of jail. His custodial agent Eddie is eager to integrate his ward into society and helps him find an apartment, find a job, and check out some of his new neighbors to find "a beautiful young woman from a good family." When he moves into his new apartment, he immediately finds distraction in the form of the countless open-minded housewives who live down the same corridor. After some cheating, he starts a new life professionally in his own way by throwing a neighborhood party while launching his own sex services union.
