A girl and a sergeant from the Greek army meet in a tavern, on the edge of the city, on the fringes of society. They fall into the passion of love and quickly get married. But their individual existences are incompatible in the real union of marriage. Two young people with their desires and instincts, two stereotyped young people who conflict with the environment and their era.
