Dracula considered valid the opportunity "subjugates" the monk, and moving into the body of Tao and assuming the form of him, the vampire triumphantly leaves the tomb for China by fleeing from his castle, which has also become his prison.
One hundred years later, at Chung University, Professor Van Helsing gives a lecture on vampire legends. He talks about a rural Chinese village terrified by a cult known as "the seven golden vampires". A century earlier, an inhabitant made his way to their temple to save his wife by vampires. The scuffle that arose did not have the desired success. His wife was however and he in the chaos of battle grabbed a medallion from a vampire's waist and fled. The high priest sent after him the vampires and their victims resurrected from the graves and turned into automatons.
Van Helsing claims he is sure the village still exists and continues to be terrified of the six remaining vampires; The students disbelieve the story and leave, however a student named Hsi joins Van Helsing at his house and informs him that the resident of the story was his grandfather. Showing the vampire medallion, he asks Van Helsing to go to the village and destroy the vampire menace. Van Helsing agrees and found a financier, a wealthy widow named Vanessa, sets out with her step-son Leyland, Hsi and her seven brothers, on a perilous journey.
Approaching the village, Van Helsing's group suffers an attack from three of the six vampires, supported by their army. The group engaged in battle ... The next morning the group reaches the village and using bamboo poles and flammable liquid inside a long trench as barriers prepare to resist. Dracula as Tao, commands the remaining vampires to storm the village. The vampires reach the village and Van Helsing's party fights with the last vampires and their army. The village is liberated. Vanessa is bitten by one of the vampires and quickly becomes a vampire herself.
The last remaining vampire captures Ching's step-sister and takes her to the temple to drain her of her. The army is defeated. Van Helsing and the rest of the group reach the temple. The vampire binds Mai to one of the altars. He is about to bite her in the neck when Leyland, step-son of Van Helsing, intervenes. He is overwhelmed and is about to be bitten as well, when Van Helsing and his group break in and it's up to Van Helsing himself to destroy the last vampire. The survivors move away from the temple, with the exception of Van, who senses a dark presence. He realizes it's not over when Dracula appears in Tao's body. Van Helsing recognizes the vampire banner worn across his chest. Van Helsing orders Dracula not to hide and to reveal his true identity. In the ensuing fight, Van Helsing manages to skewer Dracula with a silver spear, breaking his heart. The Count quickly turns to dust.
