The sorceress Merlina, a horrible witch, learns from her uncle of the possibility of becoming beautiful if she mates several times with the sexually gifted dwarf Pipolo. The dwarf refuses and escapes, hiding first in a circus, then in Sherwood Forest together with Robin Hood's gang. Pipolo, by mistakenly ringing the bells, gives the signal of the revolt which ends with the expulsion of the usurper. Merlina and Pipolo, having broken the spell, return to their ancient condition of beautiful princess and prince and get married. Pipolo, returning to normal, however, has lost his exceptional virility. Merlina asks her uncle for the last time for advice, whom she invites her to choose: either a normal and impotent Pipolo, or a tiny but super-gifted dwarf. The two choose the second possibility.
