Presumably, she can serve any man under the table. The story focuses on one long and varied faithful day in her life, during which she receives various more or less perverted, and occasionally less noble, nobles in her very elegant boudoir and upper-class salon and serves them. Subsequently, she, with some difficulty, writes her opinion of them in her diary. Some of his on that day are a very old and horny aristocrat, the light s&m loving Comte de Sade, an inexperienced but "talented" country boy just arrived in the city, three young aristocrats who bring two other girls for an exhibitionist swinger party, and finally the Duchess of Roxbury who visits Kissey at nightfall. Though at first it seems like she just wants to be served too, it soon becomes clear that, unfortunately, that wasn't her only reason for being there.
