Patricia is on her knees with her fingers laced behind her head. While I tickle her she tries to keep her arms held up. Most of the time I tickle her very lightly in her armpits and it is effective in releasing a stream of giggles. I also go at her sides and belly. The tickling gets a little more aggressive and it keeps getting harder for Patricia to keep still.
