Courtney arms are wrapped around her legs and her wrists are cuffed to her ankles (a position which I copied from an old Parker's Amateur Videos clip). She has very limited mobility and is unable to prevent her feet from being touched. I tickle her while she's still wearing her socks, then build anticipation as I slowly remove them. Once that's done I get to work on her sensitive bare feet. In between the toes works great, but really anywhere on Courtney's feet gets a good reaction.
