Buzzsaw Bitches concludes with a bang. After a brief recap, it opens with a flashback of the Bitches taking care of another victim (Danielle Trixie), naked and secured spread-eagled to their fiendish buzzsaw mechanism. The giant circular blade spins to life and slowly advances on the terrified girl.
Later, the Bitches plot what to do about the nosy step-sister (Galas) of one of the previous victims. They pay her a visit at her motel room and take her hostage. They take her back to their lair and secure her naked in a tiny cage. They will do to her what they did to her step-sister. But first, they are going to use the saw to dispose of the young, homeless girl (Luna) who they snatched and in Part One.
Luna is laid out naked and spread-eagled for the saw. And again the device is activated and begins to move towards the pussy of the desperate, screaming girl.
Can Galas somehow escape and save Luna in the nick of time?
And, if she somehow does, will the rescue sex be incredible?

Tied spread-eagled to a table, the helpless and now fully naked blonde is taunted by the Bitches before they activate the giant bisection device. The saw spins to life and begins to advance towards the terrified girl. She can only watch in horror as the spinning wheel advances.
From here, we fast-forward to two story lines that will soon connect. In the first, the blonde's identical twin step-sister (also Galas) arrives in town to look for her twin step-sister and she unknowingly reveals her presence to the Bitches.
Meanwhile, a young, beautiful girl (Luna) living on the street meets up with the other Bitch (Cat Romero) who offers her a hot meal and a place to crash. But the girl finds only horror and pain when she arrives. She finds herself strapped naked to a table and subjected to unrelenting sexual with a car battery cable. The evil Bitch takes enormous pleasure in making a terrified Luna scream again and again as her becomes ever more extreme.
