Part 1: Contortion neck stretch against wall (3 mins). I do that without block under chin, trying different positions. After that my friend helps me with some passive stretching against the wall. Camera moves and show from different angles, not too many close-ups.

Part 2: Yoga backwards bend. (3 mins). I sit on the flor, lean back slowly, and then come up slowly. Head comes up last. I repeat that a couple of times. My whole body is always visible within camera. I show both front and side views:

Part 3 (3 mins) Bound lotus pose with assistance. Camera is directly in front at first. I sit in the bound lotus pose (baddha padmasana, as it is called) and tilt my head back as much as possible. Camera moves slowly (and sometimes stops), showing many different angles. Then my friend comes along. She stands behind me, pulls my chin and push my upper back at the same time.

Part 4 (1 mins) My head goes slowly back, hangs back for a while, then comes up slowly. I smile towards the camera, then kiss goodbye. Camera in front.
