Boss Zuzu's aching broken foot is hurting her today. So she puts her cast foot up on the desk and asks her assistant to massage her exposed toes with some cream she's brought. then she asks her to scratch and itch on her foot that's deep in her cast, so her assistant uses a scissor to get at it.
