Watch the power of my throat..I make myself gag with the wide end of a wooden spoon-- it was hard to do at first because I don`t have a strong gag reflex, I had to press it back far and hold it there. I do it over and over, teasing you with my talk a little, then trying to swallow the long end of the spoon like a sword swallower. I think I need more practise on that- it made me gag a lot! Then I move on to swallow grapes whole, one after the other, wetting them with my tongue and then popping them back into my throat without chewing.
