This foot stretch I learned from an athletic coach that said its a really great way to stretch the soles and work the calf muscle I do it every now and then balancing on a weight just adds to it. Its hot and my feet are sweaty but I feel the burn in my calves. I'm not talking during this clip, I was too focused on breathing and balancing I think I am also sniffling in the background since I'm getting over a cold.
