The Fiery Phoenix (Ludella Hahn) has used her psychic powers to track Dr Gloom to his liar after several members of her team have gone missing. However the Doctor's tech scrambles her psychic abilities at close range preventing her from getting his precise location and allowing him to sneak up behind her.
