I do a quick ballet warm-up in my ballet slippers. I start with small movements to really stretch out my toes and make sure they're moving through a deep range of motion, and then I do some tendus, dgags, demi-plis, and more. You're nice and close up on my feet, so my long legs tendu right out of the frame on occasion.
