At first, ALena stays resting, unaware of the invasion happening inside her. You can hear the laying process, the deep gurgling sounds coming from her belly, as the alien begins the process needed to lay 100s of eggs.

She then wakes up, squirming, wimpering and pleading to make it stop. She's been through this before.
