Kira is a witch that is fattening up Allice by feeding her village to her. She complains but gives in with deep views of her throat (endoscope views). She gets more and more bloated untill she cant eat any more. At that point Kira eats the rest of the shrunken villagers. Pressing her big belly into Allices face she then tells her the plan of fattening her to eat her! Allice is now eaten and Kira plays with her bloated belly.
